Bad Luck Strikes Twice During Showdown on the Suwanee

MARCH 2, 2025 - - - Clay Hill, Florida ace Bubba Roling pulled double duty on Saturday, March 1 during the ‘Showdown on the Suwanee’ at All-Tech Raceway in Ellisville, Florida.  With a $2,525 payday on the line for the 604 Late Models, Bubba ran second in his heat race prior to starting the A-Main from the outside of the third row.  Unfortunately, Bubba was collected in an incident early in the race - while battling for the fourth position - and was forced to retire in the sixteenth spot.

Behind the wheel of his 602 Late Model, Bubba secured a heat race triumph and later started fourth on the grid in the $2,025 to win headliner.  Bubba then grabbed the top spot on lap five of the contest and appeared on his way to victory until suffering a broken fuel pump belt with only three laps remaining.  He was officially scored a disappointing fifteenth in the final rundown.  Complete results from the ‘Showdown on the Suwanee’ can be accessed online by clicking on www.alltechraceway.com.
