JUNE 23, 2024 - - - The Crate Racin’ USA Dirt Late Model Series schedule heated back up on June 21-22 and Bubba Roling Racing ventured to the Volunteer State for a pair of $10,000 to win throwdowns. On Friday night in the rain-postponed ‘Melvin Corum Memorial’ at the bad-fast Tazewell Speedway in Tazewell, Tennessee, Bubba Roling earned the rights to the outside of the third row by virtue of finishing second in his heat race back on June 1. Bubba was able to climb two spots during the course of the 50-lapper to land in the fourth finishing position behind only victor Ricky Weiss, Luke Cooper, and Josh Collins!
At 411 Motor Speedway in Seymour, Tennessee on Saturday evening, another $10,000 payday was up for grabs in the annual running of the ‘J.T. Kerr Memorial.’ Bubba stopped the clock sixth quickest in his group during qualifying before running sixth in his stacked heat race. After grabbing the second transfer spot through his B-Main, Bubba rolled off from the inside of the tenth row in the 71-lap headliner. The Clay Hill, Florida ace was then able to blast up to the eleventh spot and was looking for more when he was unfortunately caught up in a wreck on a restart, which helped relegate him to a thirteenth place showing.
